Sportsman's Warehouse

I like most of the sports goods stores. Sportsman’s Warehouse is the latest sports store opened in this exact location after Sports Authority and Dick’s Sporting Goods. I like Sportsman’s Warehouse the best. The store has lots of fishing and hunting gear plus more other sports items. All the sections in there are pretty cool and have a great selection. The salespersons are helpful. They are friendly and knowledgeable!

I didn't need anything at the time of my visit, however the store has only been there for a very short time. So I decided to go check it out and I was duly impressed. If you need something to enjoy the outdoors I am positive that you will find it here, I don't know anything about their pricing but if I need it, price does not really matter. I tried doing a 360 video however it was too long so the message app shortened it to 30 seconds! Sorry 😞

Sportsman's Warehouse at Laguna Blvd, Elk Grove, I must say it was an outstanding experience. The store had an extensive selection of outdoor gear and equipment for all kinds of sports and activities. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, making sure I found exactly what I needed. Whether it was fishing gear, hunting supplies, or camping equipment, they had it all. The store was well-organized and clean, making it easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. I highly recommend Sportsman's Warehouse to anyone in the Elk Grove area who enjoys outdoor activities. It's a one-stop shop for all your sporting needs!

I had a great, quick, and easy in-store pickup. I needed a m-lok rifle hand stop. I looked everywhere in the Sacramento area, and they were out of stock, except for Sportsman's Warehouse. The added bonus was that it was $1 less expensive. My only gripe is that the gun counter seemed to be more concerned with their own conversation than assisting customers.

I came to this store at 7pm and at 7:05pm I got my ticket at the gun counter to be helped. At 7:45pm they removed the tickets from the machine so anyone else who tries to get one after will have to come back the next day. My number was up next finally after waiting almost two hours at 9pm the lights shut off automatically and "Marcus" said we can't help you we're closed you have to come back another day. This got me irritated because they took the numbers away at 745 so everyone who got a number before would be helped. He then says there is no "guarantees". Well why didn't he say that to begin with when I got the number. I then began to look for a manger when another employee who's name is Huart said I'll help you. The lights then turn back on and Huart is helping me with the transaction. Sadly he said he's only there at that store training other employees and it's his only day at that store. There really should be more people like him. Marcus needs be trained at knowing the rules and customer service. The store has a big selection of items and a lot of things in stock. Everyone was nice and helpful at the checkout stands except Marcus. I didn't get an apology from him for being wrong. All I got was a mean face.

I recently had an exceptional experience at Sportsman’s Warehouse in Elk Grove. On Friday, Nov 3rd, around 5:50 pm, the cashier demonstrated unparalleled customer service. Her attentive questions ensured my needs were met, and she even sent another employee to the back to check stock on an item. This level of dedication and genuine support made my day. While I regrettably don’t recall her name, her outstanding service guarantees my continued patronage to the Elk Grove location. The staff’s commitment to customer satisfaction and positive atmosphere makes it a standout destination for all my sporting needs. Kudos to the team at Sportsman’s Warehouse in Elk Grove for consistently delivering top-notch service!

Went in today around 1330 for the following; information on purchasing a glock for the spouse, CCW information, ammo for my rifle, magazines, gun range information, and to purchase a cleaning kit. After waiting almost 2 hours I left frustrated with nothing. I received zero customer acknowledgment was only able to get CCW information from a sign posted in front of the counter. I believe it’s fair to say, “I will take my business elsewhere.”

DO NOT SHOP HERE... I tried to purchase ammo but they wouldn't accept my birth certificate. I've used the birth certificate to buy guns and ammo at the rancho location countless times over the years.. It's been over a week and still haven't canceled the order so I'm just out my money. You know the people that look for problems instead of solutions and that are looking for a reason to be difficult just to be rude.? That's what these people big time and I felt major racist vibes. I'm sure if you have brown or black skin and been to this store I'm sure you know exactly what I'm saying. I've seen bunch of reviews of people feeling discriminated against at sportsman warehouse and it continues to happen. I've spoken to an attorney she told me if I can prove they treat me and other minorities differently than white people I have a lawsuit . One time ii went to buy a gun and my husband was with me and wouldn't let me buy the gun saying I was buying it for my husband (which is legal btw) unless he was a felon but since he's Mexican that makes him a felon to sportsman warehouse. I've seen a couple and the lady was buying a gun and let her buy the gun while her husband was with her but of course they were white .. the lawyer told me if I had video proof of my experience and then had the video of them letting the white couple buy the gun with out issue, I would have a case. So I'm going get video proof of the discrimination and maybe they'll finally address the racism problem plaguing sportsmen warehouse. I'm sure it will not be hard getting video proof of them making up rules for minorities and white people getting special treatment... WISH ME LUCK. YOU ALL SHOULD DO THE SAME GET PROOF OF THE DISCRIMINATING AND LETS FIX THIS STORE
